Standard residential duct cleaning does not require a permit in Chandler or Maricopa County. If we discover damaged ductwork that needs replacement, or if we're modifying the plenum or adding new runs, we'll flag it and advise whether permitting applies. We don't perform structural modifications without proper documentation.
